The Staff
Dr.
John Stritikus,
a board certified
pediatric dentist, has been in private practice since 1999. He
attended the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry from
1993-1997. He then completed a 2 year pediatric dentistry
residency 1997-1999, also at the University of Tennessee School of
Dentistry. Dr. John has excelled in his specialty and is an
active member of many professional organizations including the
American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental
Association, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry,
Nashville Dental Society and the Tennessee Dental Association.
Dr. John is dedicated to providing all of his patients with the most
comprehensive and advanced pediatric dental care available. Dr
John grew up in Montgomery AL. He attended Auburn University
in Montgomery AL from 1990-1993.
During
his residency, Dr. John received extensive training in hospital
dentistry for children at prestigious hospitals such as LeBonheur
Children's Hospital and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
He is able to provide comprehensive dental treatment with the use of
general anesthesia in a hospital setting for children with severe
dental problems as well as patients with special needs. He is
currently one of a few pediatric dentists with privileges to treat
children at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, Horizon Medical Center
and Centennial Surgery Center.
His wife Amy Williford Stritikus grew up
in Trenton TN (North of Jackson). She is a Registered Dental
Hygienist. Dr. John and Amy met in Memphis TN and were married in
1998. They have a son (John Harold) and a daughter (Olivia
Grace) along with three golden
retrievers (Amos, Pearl and Cooper).
Dr.
Justin Robbins
attended University of
Tennessee-Memphis Dental School. He graduated
from dental school in 1999. After graduating dental school, Dr.
Justin practiced dentistry for 5 years in the United States Navy.
Four of those years were spent in Yokosuka, Japan. Because of his
enjoyment of children, Dr. Justin decided to specialize in pediatric
dentistry after completing his assignment with the navy.
He has completed
his 2 year residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Justin joined Dr. John at
Dickson Pediatric Dentistry in July of 2006
Dr. Justin and his wife, Leslie have 3 sons. Jack plays soccer and
loves to draw. Luke chooses t-ball as his sport. Luke also loves to
go fishing. John Tyler smiles a lot and likes to hang out with mom.
Sports, fishing, and hunting are Dr. Justin’s favorite hobbies. Of
course with 3 young sons,
his wife Leslie
has a full-time job of keeping up with their activities, as well as
her community involvement.
